I had a computer delivered and the company mistakenly delivered two, can I legally keep the second one?
I had a computer delivered and the company mistakenly delivered two. Despite calls and requests for them to collect the second one they haven't / won't collect. Can I legally keep it now that six weeks have gone by?
You should write to the company, sending your letter by recorded delivery. After 90 days, if they have not collected the goods, you are entitled to keep them under the Unsolicited Goods Act.
