I work 16 hours a week, am I entitled to holiday pay?

I have worked for my current boss for 16 months and do 16 hours a week, am I entitled to holiday pay? If so, what am I entitled to?

You are entitled to the full time equivalent of 24 days holiday a year under the Working Time Directive, but as you are part-time this would be pro-rata.
